Deck Surface and Stairs:
Surface Preparation: Powerwashed the deck surface and allowed the wood to dry out for over a week as there was extensive failing paint from a previous paint job. Scraped all failing paint and thoroughly sanded all wood to ensure there was no remaining failing paint.
Painting Details: Cloverdale Sharkskin primer on all bare wood. 2 coats of Sharkskin Solid hide stain in a colour to match the existing surface.
Safety Steps: Site meeting to go over potential hazards, equipment check of all ladders and tools to ensure good working order.
