Paint Spraying Commerical Exterior

2 coats of paint on each specific areas to allow for a full colour change. Sprayed paint with graco 490 sprayer.

Surface Preparation: Powerwashed the house to remove dirt and grim for new paint. Let the house dry out for a week. Scraping areas with flaking paint and alligatoring. Orbital sanders with 60-80 grit sand paper to sand down lips and alligatoring. Applied elastomeric latex based caulking to all cracks in the stucco along with separated wood in the window frames and door frames to prevent moisture seepage. Masked off the windows, roof, and decks with M3 paper and plastic to allow spraying.

Painting Details: Full coat of Coverstain oil based primer from Cloverdale for all bare wood. 2 coats of Cloverdale Covercoat Flat exterior for stucco. 2 coats Renaissance Semi Gloss for window frames, door frames and fascia. 2 coats of Cetol oil semi transparent stain for the wood stairs. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Porch and Floor enamel for the concrete stairs.
